The steakhouse had great food, but the parking fees were quite steep.

An Enjoyable Stay with Great Amenities!

We had a lovely 3-night stay in the Standard King Room. The staff were friendly and responsive, and we especially enjoyed the on-site dining options. However, we faced a minor hiccup with our ice container. Still, the overall experience was delightful. I recommend the breakfast buffet!

Family with children, a real winner

The staff here was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond — they helped us find rides when we needed them, especially on my kid’s birthday, which made it extra special.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly, I think it was worth it.

The room was super cozy and quiet, an absolute treat after exploring the city. I loved unwinding in the jacuzzi and checking out the sun terrace for some amazing skyline views. My only issue was with the complimentary toiletries, which felt a bit off, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

I had the most delightful stay in a cozy Standard Double Room, where even the planes flying overhead couldn't disrupt the peace! The 12th-floor dining options were nothing short of breathtaking—with high-quality meals and a stunning view of the NY skyline that made every bite a treat. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was memorable, making it super easy to explore everything nearby with seamless self-parking!

The hotel features a beautifully designed space with functional room features like hooks for towels. The layout of the room, with the toilet and shower in separate areas, is practical and reminiscent of many top hotels in Asia. I enjoyed the city view from my room, which added a vibrant atmosphere to my stay.

While the design is commendable, the bathroom area could use more privacy, given that the curtain separating it from the sleeping area doesn’t fully provide a sense of seclusion.

I enjoyed my stay here, particularly the great rooftop restaurant with stunning views and the friendly staff. Finding my way to the lobby was somewhat confusing due to the need for two elevators, but the overall experience was pleasant.

I found it incredibly confusing to locate the hotel. The lobby was on the top level, and I had to take multiple elevators just to get to my room. After a tiring day, it was frustrating not to have clear directions or assistance available.

the renaissance hotel impressed me much more than my previous stay in new york. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. the skyline view from the dining area on the 12th floor was breathtaking and added a magical touch.

I stayed in a Standard King Room for one night and was impressed by the modern design and spacious layout. The shower was exceptional, and I loved the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the city. The gym was well-equipped, and the proximity to diverse dining options, including a food court and tasty restaurants, was a highlight. However, parking could be a bit challenging at peak times.

The rooftop bar was amazing with a stunning view of Manhattan. The hotel was modern and had great facilities like a gym and a relaxing outdoor area. We loved being close to a vibrant mall with diverse food options.
